Horizontal Die Cast Machine For Die Casting IW Ф1-Ф3.5mm Steel Wire Rope

This machine mainly consists of the following eight parts:

1 Melting system: 4KW electrical heated tube ,heat crucible to 420℃

2 Hydralic system: 2P Taiwan vane pump, oil flow plate, magnetic valve

3 Mold:Adopt the original Taiwan mold size, whole series of die-casting machine is available

4 Frame parts: adopt 45# steel plate ,cut by CNC and welded together. high temperature setting,painting, good shaping and stain resistance.

5 Electronic control unit: PID bi-directional controllable temperature controller,Contactor, circuit breaker,TRIAC

6 Coling system: Coling pump,pipe,connector,cooling housing, work on die cast mold

This machine is used for die casting of IW ф1-ф3.5mm. Main features are Stable,reliable ,high precision and fast.Use 45# steel , Precison Machining,Shape material cut by CNC machine.Good appearance, strong and durable.Main guide pillar using 40 cr steel after heat treatment of the surface chromium plating. Hydraulic pump adopt Taiwan CML vane pump,low noise,the advantages of long life and not hot.Heating by electric heat pipe into the pot .Heating system with bi-directional controllable temperature controller to adjust temperature with advanced PID way.small temperature difference,good insulation,long life.This equipment is widely used in transportation, aviation, medical and other industries control cables.
